I work with neurodivergent kids (12 and under), but always in partnership with their parents. Because lasting change doesn’t come from more therapy alone—it comes from what happens between sessions, in the messy, real, and meaningful moments of everyday family life.
Parents are the constant in a child’s world. You’re the ones who see the bedtime struggles, the big emotions, the sensory overloads, and the joyful wins. That’s why I believe the most effective therapy includes supporting parents with tools, knowledge, and strategies to help their child—and their whole family—thrive in real life.

I work with Families
I only offer 1:1 therapy for children when parents are also enrolled in my parent program.
Why? Because real change happens between sessions, at home, in the everyday moments. Supporting parents alongside their child is the most effective way to build lasting progress and create the calm, connected family life you want.
I don’t just work with kids; I work with families.
We start with the basics: sleep, routines, regulation, sensory needs.
Then we build practical, real-life strategies that fit your world.
It’s about tiny shifts in everyday moments that add up over time.
Because real change happens with practice in real life … and practice leads to progress.
My approach, your life
I support your child with skills and strategies they can carry into real life—but therapy alone isn’t enough. The therapy room is nothing like the messy, unpredictable, beautiful reality of home, school, and everyday life. That’s why I work closely with you. We move beyond the four walls together, so what happens in session makes sense and works in the moments that matter most at home.
Every family is different. Every child is different. That’s why therapy with me starts by understanding your child and your world.
I work from a neuroaffirming lens that celebrates each child’s individuality. The goal isn’t to change who your child is, but to understand them better, support their strengths, and help your family navigate the ups and downs of everyday life together.
Therapy with me is about meeting the messy moments – the spilled drinks, sibling fights, bedtime battles, and big feelings. That’s where real growth happens.
Here’s how we’ll do it together
- Start with real life. Your family’s rhythms, challenges, and values lead the way.
- Work together. I’ll give you and your child tools you can use in everyday life, not just in session.
- Look at the big picture. We’ll figure out what’s underneath: sleep, sensory needs, routines, environment.
- Practice in the small stuff. The little moments build big change. That’s where progress starts.
You want support that actually fits real life. My experience as a psychologist and as a parent of neurodivergent kids means I understand how tricky (and amazing) the day-to-day can be. I use that knowledge to help your family build practical tools and strategies that work for you and your child.
