Helping Your Child Find What Works, Build a Toolkit for Life, and Thrive
A practical, family-friendly program designed to help neurodivergent kids explore self-regulation strategies, build confidence, and create a personalised toolkit for everyday life.
What if Your Child Could Build the Tools for Consistent, Confident, and Calm Days?
For neurodivergent kids, learning self-regulation can be transformative. It’s the key to managing emotions, smoothing out energy highs and lows, and creating a foundation for consistent functioning.
That’s why I’ve designed a program to gently guide kids in discovering regulation strategies that work for them. This program doesn’t just teach techniques—it fosters a culture of positive, proactive self-care that supports both kids and their families every day.
How this Program Works....
Bridging the Gap Between Therapy and Real Life
Therapy can be a great support, but real growth happens in daily life. This program is designed to help families make regulation strategies part of everyday moments—so kids can build real, lasting skills.
Therapy can be a great support, but so much of the real growth happens in daily life, through practice and experience. This program is designed to help families make regulation strategies part of everyday moments—so kids can build real, lasting skills.
Self-regulation isn’t something kids learn in a single session. It develops over time through experience, practice, and support in real-life situations—like winding down after a busy day, handling frustration, or transitioning between activities.
That’s why I created this Regulation Strategies program for families to work through at home —to help families integrate these tools into daily life in a way that feels natural, accessible, and sustainable. Instead of focusing on isolated strategies in a structured setting, this program supports kids and parents in exploring what works for them in the moments that matter most.
Let’s move beyond therapy sessions that feel disconnected from daily life. This program helps kids and families build real skills where they matter most—at home, in daily life, and in the moments that shape their world.

The kids videos are short and engaging, and kids can explore at their own pace and in times in your day or week that are a good fit. There’s no pressure—it’s about discovering what works for your child. The total time to watch the 15 kids videos is 1 hour and 20 minutes.
There are also 4 hours of videos for parents included to help you understand the program and key ideas and strategies for supporting your child as they are developing self-regulation skills.
Can I bill this through NDIS?
Yes! If it aligns with your child’s goals, it can be covered under NDIS plans.
Why is this a “Therapy at Home” program instead of traditional therapy?
Traditional therapy sessions are valuable, but they happen in a controlled setting and for a limited time each week. Regulation happens in real life—at home, at school, at the park, in everyday moments. This program gives families the tools to integrate regulation strategies naturally into their child’s daily life, making self-regulation more accessible, flexible, and effective over time.
Can we go at our own pace?
Absolutely! There’s no set schedule or pressure to complete the program quickly. You have two years of access, so your child can explore strategies at a pace that feels right for them.
What if my child already has some regulation strategies?
That’s fantastic! This program encourages kids to recognise and build upon the strategies they’re already using while introducing new ones they might enjoy. The goal is to expand their toolkit and help them become more aware of what helps them.
Can siblings use the program too?
Yes! The strategies in this program aren’t just for one child—they’re helpful for the whole family. Many parents find that siblings naturally get involved and really that is what we hope will happen because it has potential to add brilliantly to the experience for everyone.
Why focus on therapy at home?
Therapy provides valuable tools, but real growth happens in everyday life. Kids don’t just learn self-regulation in structured sessions—they build these skills through real-life experiences, natural moments, and the support of the people around them. This program is designed to help families integrate regulation strategies into daily life, so kids can develop these skills in ways that feel natural, accessible, and sustainable.
How is this different from traditional therapy?
Unlike therapy sessions that take place in structured settings, this program brings self-regulation strategies into your child’s everyday world. Instead of focusing on changing behaviour, it helps kids discover what works for them. It’s about equipping kids and families with a shared toolkit to support proactive self-care and build capacity for self-regulation in daily life.
Why Does Parent Involvement Matter?
You know I don’t just believe parent involvement matters—I see it as a vital key. Therapy can provide valuable strategies, but real self-regulation skills develop through daily life. Kids don’t just learn regulation once—they build it over time through real experiences. Without opportunities to practice in natural settings, it’s hard for strategies to become second nature.
By being part of the process, parents can help create everyday moments where kids can explore what works for them, making regulation strategies more accessible and effective when they need them most.
