It’s built around the real-world challenges families face, helping you navigate routines, regulation, and relationships with tools that are flexible, collaborative, and grounded in everyday experience — not just theory.
Over six months, you’ll have access to a powerful combination of support: a 1:1 parent session, a personalised Family Support Map, small group calls, and on-demand access to the Loft — a library of parent-friendly content focused on executive functioning, emotional regulation, sleep, motivation, self-concept, play, household dynamics, and more.
The Progress in Practice package helps you move through the hard parts with more calm, confidence, and clarity, turning stuck points into growth points in a way that feels right for your child, and for you.

My Therapy Play Group offers a welcoming and flexible environment for neurodivergent children aged 4–9 years to explore, connect, and thrive. Led by psychologist Emma Richards, the group focuses on fostering creativity, building social skills, and forming meaningful relationships. Sessions are designed to meet each child’s unique needs, providing a space where they feel respected, supported, and empowered to grow.
The group meets weekly during school terms in Rockhampton, offering a consistent and nurturing space for children to flourish at their own pace.
